MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

this Member year goes from 10/1/22-9/30/23 and will not be prorated throughout the year. Must have one of the following to redeem benefits at any location or outdoor event: wear your member shirt, show your member key chain, or show your member card. These will be changed each member year. Bottle pre-sales DO NOT guarantee any member a bottle as they may sell out during member pre-sales. Collaborations with other breweries, businesses, or liquor/craft beer stores may or MAY NOT be available to members. Member discounts are given to members only, no groups or non-members.Main & Mill reserves the right to end a membership at any time if a member is found to be disparaging the brewery or treating our staff with hostility. Any bottles not sold during a member pre-sale can be sold in any way Main & Mill decides. We will ship member items for a flat $10 fee, however we cannot ship beer at any time. Bottle pre-sales will be on our online shop with pick-ups at our Barrelworks location. Pick-ups are currently M-F, 9AM-5PM with a Saturday available per bottle release. This is subject to change and will expand when our Barrelworks taproom opens. Bottle presale pick-ups will be held for 45 days after purchase and will be considered abandoned after that time. Discounts are only available at our brewpub location and our future Barrelworks location. We do not guarantee any bottle or set amount of bottles for pre-sale in any given membership year.

UNSOLD BOTTLES

If any bottles remain unpurchased the brewery reserves the right to handle the sale of those bottles at our discretion. This may include onsite sales, to-go sales, public release, etc.

PROXIES

Anyone can pick up any bottle or purchased item at any time. The person to pick up only needs the order name and order number upon pick-up.

COMMUNICATION

All communication will be made via email. Emails will come from denny@mainandmill.com. We use MailChimp and your email may get sent to spam or a promotions folder. A quick google search on MailChimp and your email server should allow you to ensure you are taking the right steps to receive the email. We are not responsible if you do not check these messages. Questions, clarification and complaints are to be made to these three emails ONLY. In 2023, we will not be using private messages and Facebook to communicate regarding membership issues. PMs will NOT be answered. We also will not have a Facebook group next year. Again, please use email not NOT Facebook next year to communicate. Please be sure that you enter your preferred and correct email address during renewal. I highly suggest against using a work email as employers change and you will miss our on pertinent information. We are not responsible for any communication received via email that you did not read and act on.

RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION

We are inviting you to be a part of our membership club and ask for a few basic items in return. If you have an issue or complaint, handle this directly to the brewery without making a derogatory post on social media or other avenues. Blatant disrespect, disregard or rude actions and/or comments are not tolerated. Always treat all staff and volunteers with respect. Handle yourself in a way that represents our brewery and membership in an honorable fashion. We are not saying that issues and problems will not happen, but we are stating that they need to be handled with us directly before blasting on social media.

REMOVAL OF MEMBERSHIP Privileges

Any violation of any of these rights and responsibilities may result of revocation of membership at any time. We may choose to provide a warning or to revoke membership without warning. We may also choose to not let members renew due to poor conduct or violation of these rules. Just be a good human and treat everyone with respect and we will all be fine.

Terms and Renewal

2023 Membership is for the period from 10/1/2022 to 9/30/2023. Membership renewal for 2024 will begin in September of 2023.
