FOSTERING COMMUNITY THROUGH OUR CRAFt

Main & Mill Brewing Company is a family owned and operated neighborhood brewery and restaurant offering a rotating selection of handcrafted beers paired with american pub fare, down on the old main street.

In a town said to have been built around beer, we are Jefferson County's first brewery to open in over 120 years. We have worked diligently, renovating and expanding our building into a new gathering place for our community. The brewery features a rustic family-friendly dining room and patio offering American pub food on the main floor as well as a second-story tasting room and bar with an available deck. Open daily (except Mondays) and pouring seven rotating seasonal and year-round draft selections straight from our brewhouse.

THURSDAY MORNING INCIDENT DIPA

a spin on our popular Thursday Night Incident, this double IPA is a 'new england' style IPA which focuses almost entirely on "juicy" hop flavor and aroma rather than bitterness, utilizing the most hops (citra, mosiac, and el dorado) we've ever used – over 6# per barrel – in creating this beauty. it’s ok to ask about the "morning incident", though we’re still trying to forget
