Our first beer brewed with sorghum, rice, and honey and fermented with a gluten free yeast strain. This beer is made only with 100% gluten free ingredients but is brewed and packaged in a brewery that contains gluten products.

We really wanted to do everything we could to make a great tasting beer that just happens to be gluten free…and we love the result. This American Pale is balanced with a crisp, approachable bitterness and lovely hop aroma.
