The beers that will be available on opening day could vary from those listed but these are just a few we've featured at local beer fests. Other beers we have created: Belgian Wit, Green Chile Ale, Breakfast Stout, Session Saison, and many more. 


Pumpkin Ale ----  A beer that includes spice additions of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and all-spice while adding a significant amount of real pumpkin to the mash. This pumpkin ale will have little to no bitterness and should taste like a beer version of Pumpkin Pie - 7% ABV

IPA ---- IPA is short for India Pale Ale, which is beer known for its distinct bitterness from the large hop additions. This particular IPA is based on Australian Galaxy hops, giving it a citrus & passionfruit like flavor and aroma - 6% ABV

Hops: Warrior, Galaxy          Malt: Caramel 80L, Caramel 40L, Carapils, Midnight Wheat

Light Blonde Ale ---- A very light beer that is easy to drink year round. Little to no perceivable bitterness with light malty flavors - 4% ABV

Hops: Hersbrucker              Malt: Brewer's Malt, Flaked Corn

Porter ---- A dark brown beer that is very malty and contains roasty, chocolate, and slight coffee and bread flavors. This beer uses hops for balance and nothing more. - 5% ABV

Hops: development             Malt: Development

Green Chile Ale ---- A very light and easy drinking ale with a strong green chile flavor and aroma. The chile flavor, while potent, keeps the heat at a manageable level. -4% ABV

Hops: Hallertau Hersbrucker         Malt: 2-Row, Caramel 10L, Midnight Wheat

Breakfast Style Stout ---- A very complex stout that features cocoa, Mississippi Mud Coffee, locally made maple syrup, and just a bit of Vanilla. These flavors are added to meld with the natural flavors present in a beer this dark. -Varies on ABV
